Identification

INN PICO is responsible for managing and operating its own and third-party accommodations, offering booking services through its website.

 

Objective

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the booking of accommodations.

 

Bookings

• Bookings are made directly through the website.
• A booking is only confirmed after full payment is received.
• After confirmation, the guest will receive a confirmation email with booking details.

 

Prices

• All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force (unless otherwise stated).
• INN PICO reserves the right to change prices at any time, without affecting confirmed bookings.

 

Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Payment method: bank transfer.
• Bookings may be automatically canceled if payment is not completed within the indicated timeframe.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations up to 14 days before check-in: full refund.
• After this period: non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount.

 

Booking Changes

• Changes are subject to availability and may involve additional costs.
• INN PICO does not guarantee changes after confirmation.

 

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: until 10:00 AM
• Failure to comply may result in additional charges.

 

 

Property Rules

• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties and events are not allowed.
• Maximum occupancy must be respected.
• Guests must maintain the property in good condition.

 

Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
• INN PICO is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

 

Force Majeure

INN PICO shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

• Adverse weather conditions
• Flight cancellations
• Natural disasters

In such cases, alternative solutions may be предложed without obligation of refund.

 

Intellectual Property

All website content is the property of INN PICO and may not be used without prior authorization.

 

Changes

INN PICO reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent court of the company’s registered office.
